Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for them. 

That said, if at any point after purchasing, you wish to move on from your structure for some reason, get in touch with us, and we may be able to arrange a purchaser for you directly through us. While we can't guarantee anything, feel free to reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your structure upon installation and contact us immediately if anything is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a 10 year limited warranty on any issues with craftmanship or installation, so feel free to contact us at any time if you run into issues with your structure, and we'll see what we can do to make things right.
